Edinburgh TV Festival Rebrand
In 2022, I was tasked with redesigning the Edinburgh TV Festival and its associated brands, including The TV Foundation and the Edinburgh TV Awards. This project began in September 2022 and will launch in Q2 2023. 
I was the sole designer tasked with creating this new brand identity, which needed to bring the fun back to the Festival. The CEO didn't want this very industry event to feel like a conference anymore, the Edinburgh TV Festival is more creative and focused on bringing the industry together than its international counterparts.
The Festival also wanted to keep some of its core colours from the previous brand, so I had to find a fresh colour palette to inject life into the Festival while keeping it consistent. The zingy orange became the new tentpole inspiring a new collection of colours, including the bright cyan of the TV Foundation - keeping the two brands connected on opposite sides of the colour wheel.
This new brand will launch in Q2 of 2023, with a further rollout expected throughout the year.
